★早餐后游览【佛山祖庙】。祖庙从北宋元丰年间（1078—1085 年）始建，至清代初年，这里逐渐成为一座体系完整、结构严谨、具有浓厚地方特色的庙宇建筑。佛山祖庙与肇庆悦城龙母庙、广州陈家祠合称为岭南古建筑三大瑰宝。祖庙大门左侧第一座建筑就是【叶问堂】。咏春拳名家叶问宗师是享誉海内外的一代武术大师，他学艺成师于佛山。叶问一生刻苦钻研并大胆改进了武术教授方式，桃李遍天下，日后威震海内外的功夫巨星李小龙即是其中最为杰出的弟子。穿过一座节孝牌坊后面就是佛山另一位武林高手黄飞鸿的纪念馆了。黄飞鸿纪念馆坐落在祖庙的北侧，有一座两层仿清代青砖镬耳建筑，总占地面积五千多平方米， 整个纪念馆为两层两进深三开间仿清代镬耳式建筑，内设陈列馆、影视厅、演武厅、演武天井等。

★乘车前往开平，参观游览【开平自力村碉楼】，位于广东开平市塘口镇，是世界文化遗产地之一，自力村有15座风格各异、造型精美、内涵丰富的碉楼，是开平碉楼兴盛时期的杰出代表。自力村碉楼多建于20世纪二三十年代，是当地侨胞为保护家乡亲人的生命财产安全而兴建的。
午餐品尝当地特色餐-【开平黄膳饭】，黄膳饭是以黄鳝、生姜汁、粳米为主要食材的一道菜品，属于粤菜系，有补益肝肾，调中健胃功效，口感松软，味道鲜美。
